The biennial elections of the Secretariat Guards’ Association were held at the Uttarakhand Secretariat, where a new executive committee was unanimously elected by the general body for the next two years. Jeevan Singh Bisht, the Chief Security Officer and the Association’s Chief Returning Officer, shared this information.
According to the election results:
• President: Vinaypal Singh
• Vice President: Smt. Poonam
• General Secretary: Dinesh Uniyal
• Joint Secretaries: Rakesh Rayal and Smt. Hema Chand
• Treasurer: Manoj Panwar
Additionally, Ashish Kumar, Neeraj Kumar, Nishu, Ms. Suchita, Vishal, and Smt. Reena Negi were elected unopposed as executive committee members.
Expressing their gratitude to all members, the newly elected office-bearers pledged to maintain the organization’s unity, safeguard the interests of the employees, and conduct the Association’s activities more effectively.
