Chamoli: Two people lost their lives in separate accidents in Chamoli, Uttarakhand today. The first accident took place this morning near Patalganga on Badrinath Highway. Here, stones suddenly fell from the hill on a car returning from Badrinath Dham. The rain of stones was such that the car shattered. Meanwhile, a woman lost her life in the accident. Meanwhile, a man and a child are reported to be injured. At the same time, the second accident took place near the Muchakund cave in Badrinath. Police have also recovered the body.
Stones fell on the car of passengers from Haryana: Landslides are happening in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand due to incessant rains. Due to this landslide, 3 people died in different accidents in Kedarnath in the past few days. A similar incident has happened in Badrinath today. A family living here from Haryana was returning in their car number HR 22 T 5713 after visiting Badrinath Dham. It was then that stones and boulders suddenly fell from the hill near Patalganga.

The car was completely damaged when it was hit by stones. A woman named Shilpa, a resident of Haryana, died in the accident. A child and a man trapped in the car were barely pulled out with the help of SDRF. They have been rushed to Peepalkoti Hospital for treatment.
Death of the young man who went after the goats: At the same time, the second accident also took place near Badrinath. It is being reported that a man had gone out of the forest yesterday evening to graze his goats but did not return. His body was recovered today. His friend Narendra Bhandari said that Sunil had gone out to herd goats with some of his companions at around 10 am yesterday morning. The herd of goats went far ahead and he went behind.

After the whole day had passed, the goats returned in the evening, but Sunil did not return. After which Narendra informed the SDRF about it. After receiving the information, the SDRF team reached the spot and launched a search operation. Where Sunil’s body was found when he reached the high altitude of the Himalayas. The body was barely brought down, then handed over to the police.
