Chakrata, Dehradun:- A car lost control and fell into a deep ravine near Jajred ravine on the Kalsi-Chakratha motor road. Three people died on the spot while one was seriously injured in the accident.The injured was sent to Sub District Hospital Vikasnagar with the help of locals, from where he has been referred to the Higher Centre. After the accident, police and rescue teams reached the spot and the bodies of the deceased are being pulled out of the ditch.
Police station in-charge Kalsi Deepak Dhariwal confirmed that three people lost their lives in the accident. The deceased are being identified. The local administration has started an investigation into the cause of the accident.
