Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami reviewed 12 major development projects worth ₹6,940 crore via the PRAGATI portal at the Secretariat. He emphasized the need for coordinated cooperation among all departments to realize the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’.
During the meeting, the progress of key projects related to transport, energy, public works, and national highways—such as the Char Dham Road Project, the Askot-Lipulekh route, and various power substations—was assessed. The Chief Minister issued clear directives that projects where more than 50 percent of the work has been completed must be finished by October 15, 2026, without fail.
To accelerate the pace of work, the Chief Minister has ordered monthly reviews as well as reviews every 10 days at the Chief Secretary level. Accountability will be fixed for officials regarding any delays in the projects. Additionally, instructions were given for the speedy resolution of pending matters related to forest clearances, land transfer, and land acquisition. The Chief Minister stressed that these projects—crucial for the Char Dham Yatra and strategically important for border areas—are vital for boosting the state’s tourism, investment, and employment opportunities. District Magistrates have also been directed to ensure regular monitoring at their respective levels
