The 47th All India Public Relations Conference, held in Dehradun, brought a moment of pride for Uttarakhand. During this prestigious national-level event, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami honored Additional Secretary and Director General of Information, Banshidhar Tiwari, with a national award for excellence in good governance. This award recognizes his remarkable contributions in the fields of administrative efficiency, transparent governance, and effective public communication.
Banshidhar Tiwari has played a crucial role in effectively and clearly communicating government policies, schemes, and welfare programs to the general public through the Department of Information and Public Relations. Through the optimal use of digital platforms, innovation, and sensitive communication strategies, he has further strengthened the concept of good governance.
It is noteworthy that Dehradun is hosting the 47th All India Public Relations Conference from December 13 to 15, with experts from the fields of public relations, media, and communication participating from across the country. Organized by the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI), the conference is centered on the theme “Developed India @2047: Development and Heritage.” The conference is witnessing in-depth discussions on good governance, transparency, digital communication, and the role of public relations in nation-building. This event is establishing Uttarakhand as an influential center for national dialogue.
