The Uttarakhand BJP has intensified preparations for the maiden state visit of its National President, Shri Nitin Naveen. Under the leadership of State President Mahendra Bhatt, it has been decided that he will receive a simple yet enthusiastic welcome from party workers—clad in traditional attire—at over 25 different locations.
State Media In-charge Manveer Singh Chauhan shared the itinerary for his three-day tour:
• May 28 (Day 1): Shri Naveen will arrive at Jolly Grant Airport (Dehradun) at 4:35 PM. He will proceed directly to the BJP State Headquarters, where, starting at 6:15 PM, he will hold meetings with the Core Committee, followed by a session with the state ministers.
• Day 2: After meeting with the Chief Minister in the morning, he will visit the residence of the late former CM, B.C. Khanduri, to pay his tributes. Subsequently, starting at 11:00 AM, a series of important meetings will take place at a hotel located on Rajpur Road. He will engage in detailed discussions with MPs and MLAs, state office-bearers, heads of Panchayat and local bodies, and—in the evening—with members of the Media and IT departments.
• Final Day: He will offer prayers at the Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple, partake in refreshments at the home of a Booth President, and participate in a Booth Committee meeting. At 11:00 AM, he will address an ‘Intellectuals’ Conclave’ (*Prabuddh Goshthi*) at Shivalik College. After attending a ‘Youth Dialogue’ (*Yuva Samvad*) at the CM’s residence at 2:00 PM, he will depart for Delhi at 4:35 PM.
