Congress District President Rahul Chhimwal has accused some people of kidnapping their District Panchayat members. Regarding this, Congress workers went to the High Court demanding justice. The Leader of Opposition has also released a video of this on social media.
At the same time, the High Court summoned the DM and SSP in this matter. The High Court said that by 4.30 pm, present all those members who have been accused by the Congress of being missing. Also, the voting time has also been extended.
On Thursday, the District Panchayat members who were going to vote for the District Panchayat President election were forcibly picked up by several people from near the District Panchayat office. The video of which is going viral on social media. Congressmen have accused the police of kidnapping their supporting District Panchayat members in front of the police. After which all the Congress leaders have gone to the High Court. After which the atmosphere of Nainital has become heated.
