Rudraprayag:-Bad weather continues to affect Uttarakhand. Following heavy rainfall, a landslide occurred late Sunday night at Munkatiya on the Rudraprayag-Gaurikund highway. Debris and rocks falling from the hillside have blocked the road, causing significant disruption.
Due to the blockage, pilgrims heading toward Kedarnath now have to walk an additional 6 kilometers to continue their journey. Meanwhile, the Gaurikund-Kedarnath pedestrian route has also become sensitive near Lincholi, raising safety concerns for trekkers and travelers.
