Dehradun:-The government made major reshuffles in the bureaucracy late on Thursday night. District Magistrates of four districts, including 31 IAS, one IFS, one Secretariat Service and 24 PCS officers were transferred.
According to the order issued, Pauri District Magistrate Ashish Chauhan has now been given the responsibility of CEO of Yukada, Director of Sports and Youth Welfare. In his place, Additional Secretary Governor, Technical Education, NHM Mission Director Swati S Bhadauria has been made District Magistrate of Pauri. The government has assigned the responsibility of Additional Secretary Personnel to Champawat District Magistrate Navneet Pandey. In his place, CDO Udham Singh Nagar Manish Kumar has been made DM of Champawat.
Rudraprayag District Magistrate Saurabh Gaharwar has been made Managing Director Sidkul and Director General Industries. In his place, MD Sidkul Prateek Jain has been made DM of Rudraprayag. Uttarkashi DM Rahman Singh Bisht has been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary Energy, Cooperatives and Director Ureda, in his place, Additional Secretary Child Development and Director Sports Prashant Kumar Arya has been given the responsibility of District Magistrate Uttarkashi.
Change their departments too
Chief Secretary Anand Burdhan has been released from the watershed department. IAS Sachin Kurve has been taken over the responsibility of Secretary Tourism, CEO Tourism Development Council. Secretary Finance Dilip Jawalkar has been given the watershed department by removing the cooperative. Secretary Animal Husbandry and Chief Election Officer Dr. BVRC Purushottam has been assigned to the Cooperatives Department. Secretary Public Works Department Dr. Pankaj Pandey has been removed from the labour department. Secretary Panchayati Raj Chandrash Yadav has been removed from the Urban Area Development Agency and given the responsibility of Commissioner Food. Secretary Finance Dr. The responsibility of director audit has been removed from V Shanmugam. Secretary Health Dr. Irrigation and minor irrigation were removed from R Rajesh Kumar.
At the same time, Secretary Dr. Neeraj Khairwal has been given the responsibility of the language department by removing the social welfare department. Secretary Planning Shridhar Babu Addanki has been given the Social Welfare and Labour Department. Additional Secretary Tourism Abhishek Ruhela has been given the responsibility of the Urban Area Development Agency while removing education. IAS Deepti Singh has been made Director General Education by being relieved of the responsibility of Labour Commissioner. Divesh Shashani has been removed from CDO Almora and given the responsibility of CDO Udham Singh Nagar. Additional Secretary Shyam Singh, an officer of the Secretariat Service, has also been given Sainik Welfare along with sugarcane development and sugar industry.
Transfer of 24 PCS officers
PCS Bharat Singh Firmal has been made Additional Secretary Secretariat Service by freeing him from RFC Kumaon. Secretary UKSSSC has been kept in compulsory wait. Secretary Child Commission Shiv Kumar Baranwal has also been given the responsibility of UKSSSC Secretary. Registrar Ayurveda University Ramji Sharan Sharma has been made CDO Almora. Ashok Kumar Joshi has been made Director Milk Development and Women’s Dairy while releasing him from the post of ADM US Nagar. Trilok Singh Martolia has been removed from ED sugar mill Kichha, RFC Kumaon, commissioner sugarcane sugar PC Dumka has been released from additional housing commissioner, joint commissioner and made labour commissioner and secretary workers board.
At the same time, ADM Uttarkashi Pyarelal Shah has been given the additional charge of Municipal Commissioner Kotdwar, Secretary Information Commission Reza Abbas has been given the additional charge of Additional Municipal Commissioner Dehradun.
