Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reviewed the proposed master plan for the ‘Shri Madan Mohan Malviya Prachya Shodh Sansthan, Rishikul’ in Haridwar. The Chief Minister has directed that Rishikul be developed into a prominent and distinctive center for Ayurveda, Yoga, and the Indian knowledge tradition.
Key Highlights:
• Key Priorities: Special emphasis will be placed on high-level study and research in Ayurveda, medical tourism, Yoga, astrology, and Vedic mathematics at the institute.
• Architecture and Facilities: The campus architecture will reflect traditional and ancient Indian styles, while internal facilities will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
• Tourism and Culture: Given Haridwar’s religious significance, the campus will be designed to offer pilgrims from India and abroad an experience of Indian philosophy and holistic wellness.
• Timeline: Instructions have been issued to complete all development works in a phased manner within the next two years.
