After a brief pause, UPCL has resumed the installation of smart meters in the state.
UPCL Director of Operations, M.R. Arya, has issued an order in this regard. UPCL had paused the process to address meter and electricity-related complaints. The complaints were resolved at a mega camp. Following this, meter installation has now begun.
