Pulwama (Jammu and Kashmir): Security agencies have destroyed the residence of Dr. Umar Un Nabi, the prime suspect in the Delhi terror blast case, in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir, with an IED blast. This action was taken in accordance with the Modi government’s zero-tolerance policy against terrorist incidents in the country. Security forces first cordoned off the entire area and then carried out the entire process in a planned manner. The blast near the Red Fort complex on Monday, November 10, 2025, killed 12 people and injured several others.
Earlier on Thursday, a significant development occurred in the investigation of the Delhi terror blast. Fresh CCTV footage showed Dr. Umar Un Nabi at the Mewat toll in Firozpur Jhirka, Nuh district, Haryana, in the early hours of November 10. Senior Delhi Police official, Joint Commissioner of Police Milind Dumbre, confirmed the authenticity of the CCTV footage. Earlier, CCTV footage showed the main accused, Dr. Umar Un Nabi, entering the national capital via the Badarpur border in an i20 car, further tightening the noose around the accused in the ongoing blast investigation.
According to reports, several major revelations have been made so far in the investigation into the blast near the Delhi Red Fort Metro station. Another car linked to the blast was found on Thursday in the parking lot of Al-Falah University in Faridabad. According to police, the car is registered in the name of Dr. Shaheen Shahid, who has already been arrested in the ‘White Collar Terror Module’ case. Despite wearing a mask, his face was clearly visible in the video, confirming his identity. A large bag was visible in the back seat of the car. It was observed that Dr. Umar repeatedly looked directly at the CCTV camera while paying the toll tax, seeming to be aware that he was being monitored. Officials said that the suspect was aware that multiple agencies were searching for him. Officials are expanding their surveillance network in the National Capital Region (NCR) to locate additional footage or witnesses who may have seen Dr. Umar’s vehicle.
Sources said security agencies have recovered diaries belonging to Dr. Umar and Dr. Muzammil, accused in the Delhi bombings case, containing dates from November 8 to 12. This indicates that such an incident was being planned during this period. According to sources, the diaries also contained the names of approximately 25 individuals, most of whom were residents of Jammu and Kashmir and Faridabad.
