Students from the Paramedical Department of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand University received training in Basic Life Support (BLS) at the Jollygrant Simulation Lab. The training session aimed to provide students with the skills and confidence needed to save lives in emergency situations.
The training was conducted by Dr. Rajesh Kumar, who provided detailed information to the students about cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and other critical life-saving techniques.
During the session, students had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the simulation lab, preparing them to function with greater efficiency and confidence in real emergency situations.
Dr. Rajesh Kumar said, “BLS training is extremely important for healthcare professionals. It not only helps save patients’ lives but also empowers students to make quick and accurate decisions.”
The university administration commended the initiative, stating that such training programs enhance students’ practical knowledge and prepare them for future challenges in the healthcare sector.
