Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today conducted a field inspection of the areas affected by the recent disaster in Kesarwala and Maldevta areas of Dehradun. Garhwal Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey was also present with the Chief Minister.
During the inspection, the Chief Minister took stock of the damage caused by the disaster and reviewed the progress of relief and rehabilitation works. He directed the officials to provide immediate assistance and necessary resources to the affected people.
The Chief Minister said that the state government is with every disaster-affected family and all possible assistance will be ensured.
While interacting with the local people, the Chief Minister heard their problems and assured that the government would soon take concrete steps towards a permanent solution.
