13 women have been selected for the state’s prestigious Teelu Rauteli Award. The award distribution will be done on 4th September. Women Empowerment and Child Development Minister Rekha Arya said that a total of 13 women have been selected from across the state this year for the Teelu Rauteli Award. Apart from this, 33 women will be given the state level Anganwadi workers award.
This event will be held in the auditorium of IRDT on 4th September. Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya said that our Anganwadi workers are working beyond their capacity and they have created many new dimensions in various areas of the state. She said that it is the responsibility of the government to empower all these women. The government will not lag behind in this work at all.
Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya said that the real work of women empowerment is done by our Anganwadi sisters and they should get the credit for it.
