Additionally, he personally spoke with several of these young individuals over the phone to encourage and motivate them.
In his message, the Chief Minister emphasized the following key points:
• **Recruitment Drive and Employment:** Since assuming the responsibility of ‘Chief Servant’ in 2022, a comprehensive recruitment drive was launched to fill vacant positions across government departments with the aim of eradicating unemployment in the state; under this initiative, more than 30,000 young individuals secured appointments.
• **Transparency and Anti-Cheating Law:** The CM stated that, today, young people are being selected based solely on their talent and hard work. The State Government’s stringent anti-cheating law, coupled with a fair and transparent selection process, has ensured that deserving youth receive their rightful opportunities.
• **Commitment to Public Service:** The Chief Minister appealed to the newly appointed personnel to discharge their duties with absolute impartiality and integrity. He inspired the youth to always remain ready to serve the common people, while upholding human values as their highest priority.
