Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami handed over appointment letters to 101 selected candidates for the Animal Husbandry and Sugarcane Development & Sugar Industry departments at the ‘Mukhya Sevak Sadan’ located at his camp office. These include 88 Livestock Extension Officers and 13 Sugarcane Supervisors.
• Transparency and Employment: The CM stated that due to the stringent anti-copying law, youth are securing jobs based on merit rather than recommendations. Over 34,000 young people have gained opportunities in government service in the last five years.
• Focus on Rural Economy: Describing animal husbandry and the sugarcane industry as the backbone of rural livelihoods, the CM highlighted schemes such as ‘Aanchal Amrit’ and ‘Ghasyari Kalyan’. He noted that the sugarcane price paid in the state is ₹5 per quintal higher than in Uttar Pradesh.
The CM urged the newly appointed personnel to serve the public guided by the mantra of ‘Simplification, Solution, Disposal, and Satisfaction’.
