Uttarakhand Assembly Speaker Smt. Ritu Khanduri Bhushan today re-inspected the Bhararisain (Gairsain) Assembly and reviewed all the preparations for the monsoon session starting tomorrow.
During the inspection, she observed the technical improvements made by IIT Roorkee to solve the problem of sound echo in the assembly hall and expressed satisfaction after testing.
This time the assembly session in Bhararisain is to be conducted through the e-Neva system. Successful testing of this system was done today. The Assembly Speaker described it as an important step and said that the proceedings through digital medium would be more transparent and effective.
Apart from this, keeping in mind the convenience of women public representatives, the Speaker informed about setting up a special room in Bhararisain Assembly on the lines of Dehradun Assembly.
She directed the officials to complete the remaining arrangements in a timely manner so that there is no inconvenience during the monsoon session
