This time the monsoon session of the Legislative Assembly in Uttarakhand is going to be held in Bharadisain Assembly located in Gairsain. Its date has already been fixed. This time the session of the Assembly is expected to run from 19 August to 22 August. On the other hand, the Annual Transfer Policy 2025 was determined for the officers and employees of the Secretariat Service on July 14 with the signature of Chief Secretary Anand Vardhan. In such a situation, the situation of large-scale change of officers and employees of the Secretariat Service could have affected the preparations related to the assembly session. Perhaps in view of these aspects, large-scale transfers could not be done in the Secretariat.
Many got promotion in the Secretariat: On the other hand, the Secretariat Administration has issued orders related to the promotion of many officers and employees on August 1. Among those who got promotion, Sunil Singh has been promoted from Joint Secretary to Additional Secretary. Similarly, Deputy Secretary Arpan Kumar Raju and Anil Joshi have been promoted to the post of Joint Secretary. Under Secretary Subhash Chandra and Preeti Tiwari have been promoted to the post of Deputy Secretary. Under Secretary Devendra Singh has been promoted to the post of Deputy Secretary in the Accounts Cadre. Apart from this, Section Officer Bhavani Ram Arya, Naval Kishore Ojha, Vimal Chandra Bhatt and Sandeep Sharma have been promoted to the post of Under Secretary.
