Dehradun: Heat has started showing its effect in Uttarakhand since the beginning of April. On the other hand, meteorologists have predicted hot winds from the plains to the mountains for the next three days.
Director of Meteorological Center Bikram Singh said, climate change and changes in weather pattern are having a direct impact on the temperature. This is the reason why hot winds will trouble the entire state in the coming three days.
