Tejashwi will give a Makar Sankranti gift: Tejashwi Yadav said that his government is going to be formed. Makar Sankranti comes after Kharmas, which is considered the New Year, and is called Dahi Chuda. Our government is going to be formed, and as soon as our government is formed, on January 14th, on Makar Sankranti, the day of Makar Sankranti, women of Bihar will receive ₹30,000 for a full year under the Maan Behen Maan Yojana (Mann Behen Maan scheme). ₹1.5 lakh (₹2,500 per month) is deposited into their accounts over five years. On January 14th, they will deposit ₹30,000 into the women’s accounts.

Gift to Jeevika Didi: Regarding Jeevika Didi, Tejashwi Yadav has again stated that he will make the CM (Community Mobilization) of Jeevika Didi permanent. Announcement of Old Pension Scheme: Tejashwi Yadav stated that he had repeatedly demanded the Old Pension Scheme from the government in the Bihar Assembly. The Old Pension Scheme will be implemented as soon as his government is formed. Police personnel, health workers, teachers, and other government employees will be transferred within 70 kilometers of their district headquarters. Nurses have also been demanding for years that they are transferred far away from their homes. Therefore, considering their hardship, nurses will also be transferred within 70 kilometers.
On Paddy and Wheat Bonus: Regarding farmers, Tejashwi Yadav announced that they are unable to sell their paddy and wheat crops at the MSP. If his government comes to power, an additional payment of ₹300 per quintal will be made over and above the MSP for paddy. A bonus of ₹400 per quintal will be given in addition to the minimum support price for wheat. Farmers are also provided electricity for some irrigation purposes, but they receive it at a high price. Electricity is provided to farmers in Bihar at the highest price in the country. If his government is formed, he will provide free electricity to farmers.
