Surendra, a resident of Modinagar, was arrested on Saturday for attempting to take the UKSSSC Cooperative Inspector Recruitment Examination using five fraudulent means. The accused had appeared for the high school and intermediate examinations twice to underrepresent his age. He also passed the graduation examination using the same criteria. He had submitted three applications for the examination using three different mobile numbers and other information. A case was registered against the accused at Raipur police station on Friday. SSP Ajay Singh stated that before the examination scheduled for October 5th, he had applied for examination centers in Dehradun, Tehri, and Haridwar. SSP Ajay Singh stated that the investigation is also looking into how he obtained these fraudulent documents.
Applied from Three Districts
Commission officials found the application of a candidate suspicious. Upon investigation by the Special Operations Group (SOG), it was discovered that Surendra, a resident of Kanakpur Bhojpur village in Modinagar, had applied three times. He registered at different centers using fake certificates. He also obtained a permanent certificate with a Dehradun address. This is also fake.
This is how the fraud was committed.
1. Retook high school and intermediate exams to reduce his age.
2. After completing his BA in 2012, he completed another BA in 2018 from Solan, Himachal Pradesh, using new documents.
3. He obtained a fake permanent residence certificate at the address in Balawala, Dehradun.
4. He changed his father’s name three times in the applications.
5. He created a fake Employment Department employee ID for the application.
