Mumbai: Shiv Sena (UBT) Rajya Sabha MP Raut has claimed that Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena will soon merge with the BJP. Speaking to the media on Saturday regarding the Anand Dighe statement, Raut said, “We haven’t put anyone’s picture alongside Balasaheb Thackeray. The Shiv Sena should put Anand Dighe’s picture bigger than Narendra Modi and Amit Shah’s. You’re not even putting Balasaheb’s picture bigger. I fear this party will soon merge with the BJP. What I say is always true, because I am a follower of Balasaheb Thackeray.”
Shiv Sena MLA Rajesh More sharply criticized Sanjay Raut for his Anand Dighe statement and threatened to “enter his house and kill him.” Raut responded with a strong message to Eknath Shinde and his party, warning that if they come to power, they will demonstrate the power of “Jai Maharashtra.” Raut said, “I went to Thane last night and I can go now. I know the power of ‘Jai Maharashtra’. I go alone; I don’t have security like them. I’ll also see how anyone goes back.”
Speaking about Anand Dighe, Raut said, “Balasaheb Thackeray always praised Dighe Saheb. When he received a promotion offer, he expressed his desire to stay in Thane. He was a great man, but those who are saying this don’t understand Dighe.”
90 percent of Mahayuti MLAs were elected through vote fraud!
Raut said, “90 percent of Mahayuti MLAs were elected through fraudulent votes. Jayant Patil is angry with him for refusing to join his party, so he is criticizing him in foul language. Narayan Rane’s son started mentioning his father’s name, and the BJP supported him. It is very unfortunate that Gopichand Padalkar said negative things about Jayant Patil’s father. Devendra Fadnavis should teach his team some manners.”
Shinde failed to understand Anand Dighe
Criticizing Eknath Shinde, Raut said, “Just because Shinde made a film doesn’t mean he understood Anand Dighe. 90 percent of the things in his film are false and fabricated. If traitors are trying to deceive us, we will show them the power of ‘Jai Maharashtra.'”
Sarnaik cheated to get a ministerial position!
Criticizing Pratap Sarnaik, Sanjay Raut said, “Sarnaik moved around several parties before joining the Shiv Sena. Uddhav Thackeray himself gave him a chance, but he cheated to become a minister. The ED raided his house and he fled. He shouldn’t talk about Rajan Vichare; he is a loyal Shiv Sainik.”
Bullet train will swallow Mumbai
Raut also questioned Mumbai’s development. He said, “The Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project has been started to swallow Mumbai. It’s all about looting Mumbai. Why isn’t there a bullet train from Mumbai to other places?”
