Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the grand procession of Lord Tapkeshwar Mahadev held at Saharanpur Chowk in Dehradun on Wednesday. He inaugurated the procession after performing rituals and prayers alongside Mahant Shri Krishna Giri Maharaj and Mahant Digambar Bharat Giri Maharaj of the Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple, as well as Manoj Kumar Gupta, President of the Tapkeshwar Seva Dal.
The Chief Minister prayed to Lord Tapkeshwar Mahadev for the happiness, prosperity, and peace of the state’s residents. He remarked that the religious and cultural traditions of ‘Devbhoomi’ Uttarakhand constitute our invaluable heritage. Such events not only strengthen faith, unity, and communal harmony within society but also connect the younger generation with their culture and traditions.
Extending his best wishes to the saints, the organizing committee, and the devotees, he expressed the hope that the blessings of Lord Tapkeshwar Mahadev would always remain upon the people of the state. A large number of devotees participated in the procession to seek a glimpse of the deity and receive His blessings.
