In the 2025 Bihar elections, he won his fifth election from Bankipur in Patna on a BJP ticket, securing 98,299 votes. He defeated RJD candidate Rekha Kumari by a large margin of 51,936 votes.
First MLA in 2006: Nitin Naveen first won in the 2006 by-election from Patna West. His father, Naveen Kishore Sinha, had also been an MLA from this seat. After 2006, Nitin Naveen became an MLA in 2010, 2015, 2020, and 2025. Big responsibility at a young age: Nitin Naveen will be one of the youngest leaders to be given such a big responsibility by the BJP. JP Nadda, the current national president, is 65 years old. When Amit Shah became the national president, he was around 50 years old. Nitin Naveen has been appointed as the national working president of the BJP at the age of 45.
