The Niti Valley is experiencing a severe cold wave these days. The temperature is dropping to as low as minus 10 degrees Celsius at night. As a result, the streams, rivulets, and waterfalls in the area have frozen. Tourists visiting the valley are thrilled to see the various formations created by the frozen water.

During the winter months, the villagers of the Niti Valley leave their ancestral homes and move to lower-lying areas of the district. However, some young people are now operating homestays, providing accommodation and meals for tourists. Amit, a tourist from Noida visiting Niti, said that he was very happy to be there and that the experience had filled him with joy.
