Jodhpur: The death toll in the bus accident in Jaisalmer has gone up to 21. 10-year-old Yunus, who was injured on Wednesday, died at Mahatma Gandhi Hospital. The bodies from Jaisalmer were brought to Mahatma Gandhi Hospital in Jodhpur late on Tuesday night for identification. The bodies have been kept in the cottage ward here. The Jodhpur district administration has appealed to the citizens that DNA samples will be taken from two of their closest relatives to identify the family members who went missing or could not be found in the arson accident of KK Travels bus (RJ 09PA8040).
For this purpose, special arrangements have been made at Cottage No. 4 and 5 of Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, Jodhpur and at the Trauma Centre of Jawahar Hospital in Jaisalmer. District Collector Gaurav Agarwal said that an expert team is coming from Ajmer and Bikaner to Jodhpur to complete the DNA identification process at an accelerated pace. Badly burned people: Many of the bodies in the accident have become such a condition that only their heads are left. A bundle of bones from a corpose has been brought here. According to eyewitnesses, the bodies are very difficult to identify. Those who were left sitting on the seats of the car were burned alive while sitting there.
