While returning from Badrinath Dham, a helicopter had to make an emergency landing at Mussoorie International School due to rain and dense fog. Six people, including the pilot, were on board; all are safe.
Akash Grover, a senior teacher at Mussoorie International School, said the helicopter made an emergency landing on the school grounds around 4 pm on Monday. All passengers are safe. The passengers revealed that they had visited Badrinath on Sunday.
They were returning to Dehradun on Monday. Due to bad weather, the helicopter had to make an emergency landing in Mussoorie. Everyone left the school late in the evening, but the helicopter remains parked on the school grounds.
Some of the passengers were from Karnal, Haryana, and some from Hyderabad. Chief Superintendent of Police (CO) Mussoorie, Manoj Aswal, confirmed that the helicopter made an emergency landing due to bad weather. All are safe
