On Friday, Soldier Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi held a meeting with Soldier Welfare officials and military organization officials at the camp office regarding preparations for the Martyrs’ Honor Yatra 2.0, to be held in Dehradun on September 22nd. During the meeting, Soldier Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi directed department officials to complete all necessary preparations related to the event on time.
Military Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi stated that the Martyrs’ Honor Yatra 2.0, to be held in Dehradun on September 22nd, will be inaugurated at the event, which will be attended by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. He stated that soil from the courtyards of 1,734 martyrs from the state has been brought to the Sainyadham, but approximately 71 martyrs were left out in this process. To bring the sacred soil from the courtyards of these martyrs, the second phase of the Martyrs’ Honor Yatra will be organized, which will run from September 22nd to October 4th. Soldier Welfare Minister Joshi stated that the state government will bring soil from the courtyards of the remaining martyrs to the Sainyadham before the inauguration of the Sainyadham.
