Three portraits on a 5-centimeter Peepal leaf: Kumar Dushyant said, “I have created three portraits of PM Modi on a single Peepal leaf. One portrait is of him doing a pranam, the second is in a yoga posture, and the third is of him greeting. I create similar portraits every year on his birthday, but this is the first time I have engraved three portraits of the Prime Minister on a single leaf. It takes one to one and a half hours to create a single portrait. Very meticulous work is required, using a surgical blade. I have been doing this for 5-6 years. Who is Kumar Dushyant? Kumar Dushyant is a resident of Bithalpur village in the Town block of Jamui district. Kumar Dushyant is an art teacher at the Jaro Singh Palo Singh Government School in Lachhuad. He has previously created portraits of many famous personalities. Speaking to ETV Bharat, Dushyant explained that he not only creates portraits himself but also engages children in the art, imparting free education.
