New Delhi: The responsibilities of senior IAS officers and DANICS officers working in different departments of Delhi Government have been changed with immediate effect. 2003 batch IAS officer Nandini Paliwal, who was handling the responsibility of Commissioner in Trade and Tax, will now also take over the additional responsibility of Secretary in the Services Department.
2018 batch IAS officer Shailendra Singh Parihar, who was looking after the responsibility in the Planning Department as Special Secretary, has now been made Deputy Commissioner of Shahdara district. Similarly, 2019 batch IAS officer Rishita Gupta will be relieved from the post of Shahdara Deputy Commissioner and will look after the work in MCD. 2021 batch IAS officer Aayushi, who was posted as SDM in Kanjhawala, has now been transferred to Vasant Vihar. 2023 batch Anuja Trivedi, who was still waiting to get the charge, has been made SDM of Kapashera. 2023 batch IAS officer Jarad Prateek Anil, who had not received any charge till now, has been given the responsibility of Narela SDM. Piyush Kumar of the same 2023 batch has been made the SDM of Saket district.
17 DANICS officers shifted: The responsibilities of 17 DANICS officers have also been changed. 2014 batch DANICS officer Kamlesh Kumar, who was posted in MCD, will now take over as ADM of North East district. Prem Singh Meena, who was looking after the responsibility of Jail Superintendent, will now take over as ADM of South-West district. Aditya Kumar Jha, who was looking after the responsibility as Sales Tax Officer, has been made SDM of Karol Bagh district. Similarly, other officers have also been transferred.
In the order issued by Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, 1993 batch IAS officer Prashant Goyal, who was till now working as Commissioner (Finance), has now been given additional charge of Food and Supplies Department. Surveer Singh, 2004 batch IAS officer’s responsibilities have also been increased. A total of 22 IAS and 17 DANICS officers have been transferred to improve administrative work and the order issued by the department states that all these orders will come into effect with immediate effect.
