Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya concluded the Kumaon Mandal Scout Guide Samagam 2025 in Pantnagar on Thursday. On this occasion, she honored the winners who performed well during the three-day event by presenting them with medals.
Chief guest Rekha Arya said that we need to not only educate the youth of the country but also inculcate qualities like discipline and leadership skills. Only then can youth become good citizens and contribute to the country’s development.
She said that Scouts and Guides represent these qualities in the best possible way.
Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya said that identifying one’s potential is an important step on the path to success. She also encouraged the youth to strengthen the spirit of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat through cultural exchange and develop human qualities within themselves.
