The doors of the Mother Yamuna Temple at Yamunotri Dham were closed today for six months. Before this, the treasury of the Mother Yamuna Temple was opened. This year, 6,45,000 devotees performed puja and presented offerings at Yamunotri Dham.
During this pilgrimage season, the Yamunotri Temple Committee has earned an income of about Rs 50 lakh. There has been a slight decrease in the movement of devotees compared to last year.
