In Uttarakhand, UPNL employees will now receive equal pay for equal work after 12 years of service. Whereas, before February 12, other employees will also be paid equal pay for equal work.
This salary will be paid directly by the concerned department instead of UPNL. The Chief Minister has assured the employees in this regard. An order in this regard may be issued by late evening.
