On Thursday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya flagged off the Uttarakhand contingent for the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2026 program to be held in Delhi. The contingent comprises young people selected from various fields, including folk dance, folk music, agricultural innovation, technology startups, public speaking, and poetry writing.
Before their departure, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, during a dialogue held at the Chief Minister’s residence, extended his best wishes to all the members of the contingent for their successful participation.
Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya interacted with the members of the contingent and inquired about the topics they would be presenting in Delhi.
Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya said that this program provides the youth of the state with an opportunity to showcase their culture, art, and progressive thinking at the national level.
Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya told the members of the contingent that they would be representing the state as ambassadors at the national event and that they have the responsibility of showcasing Uttarakhand’s rich cultural heritage and intellectual traditions.
Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya emphasized that any new ideas and prototypes presented by the state team at the event should focus on practicality and feasibility
