A review meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan regarding the preparations for the proposed visit of the Home Minister to Udham Singh Nagar district on July 19.
The Chief Secretary directed the concerned officials to ensure that all preparations and arrangements related to the arrival of the Home Minister are completed on time.
He said that security, traffic and other arrangements should be made keeping in mind the weather and an alternative plan should also be prepared.
The concerned departments were directed to prepare a list of development schemes whose foundation stone is to be laid and inaugurated.
On this occasion, Principal Secretary RK Sudhanshu, Director General of Police Deepam Seth and other concerned officials were present in the meeting.
