Nagpur: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat said on Friday that as India progresses, the issue of tariffs comes to the fore. Without naming the US, he said, “If others think what will happen to us if India grows and progresses… then the issue of tariffs arises.”
Bhagwat said this at the seventh foundation day celebrations of Brahmakumari Vishwa Shanti Sarovar. He said, “People in the world are afraid that if India progresses, their space will be reduced, so they impose tariffs. We have not done anything, but those who imposed tariffs are luring them, thinking that if they stay with them, there will be pressure on India… Today the world needs solutions.”
Bhagwat said that until humans and nations do not understand their true nature, they will continue to face problems. He said that like Brahmakumari, RSS also works to awaken the inner consciousness.
The RSS chief said, “Until humans and nations understand their true nature, they will continue to face problems. If we show compassion and overcome fear, we will have no enemies.” The Sangh chief said that India is great and Indians should also strive to become great. He said that India is big and it wants to become even bigger. The RSS chief said that if humans change their attitude from “I” to “we”, then all issues will be solved. He said, “The world is looking for solutions.”
