The Cyber Crime Unit of the Dehradun STF has taken significant action. The STF has arrested three accused individuals from Maharashtra who perpetrated a cyber fraud amounting to ₹1.31 crore under the guise of investment schemes.
Arrested Accused:
1. Pratik Uttam Bafna (32), son of Uttam Deshmukh Bafna, resident of 504 Chandu Niwas, Building BP Road, Thane, Maharashtra.
2. Ashish Kumar (27), son of Santosh Kumar Pandey, resident of 2B/S4 Neeraj Park, CHS Road, RNP Park, Bhayandar East, Thane, Maharashtra.
3. Mohammad Shreem alias Nasir (31), son of Rizwan, resident of A303 Shivam Apartment, Laxmiben Chheda Marg, Vasai, Palghar, Maharashtra.
