STF action… Murder and robbery accused released on bail, then caught with 7 kg opium

In a joint operation by Kumaon STF and Pulbhatta police, two interstate smugglers have been arrested and seven kilograms of opium has been recovered from them. The main accused had recently come out on bail from Bareilly jail. The arrested accused have been identified as Chaman Prakash Lal, resident of Geladanda, Police Station Nawabganj, Bareilly and Mahavir, resident of Sallan Nagar, Police Station Binawar, Badaun, Uttar Pradesh. According to the police, both of them have serious cases like murder, robbery and extortion registered against them.
