Ayodhya: The wonderful confluence of cultural unity of North and South India was seen on the holy land of Ayodhya on Wednesday. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, who arrived on a two-day visit, along with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, unveiled the statues of three great music saints of South India, Tyagaraj Swamigal, Purandar Das and Arunachal poet, in Jupiter Kund.
Jupiter Kund immersed in the sweet waves of devotion and music: The atmosphere of Jupiter Kund located in the Mudi Bazaar at that time became full of the holy spirit of devotion and music. When the Union Minister and the Chief Minister began the unveiling ceremony by offering prayers as per the South Indian tradition. Sitharaman’s parents were also present during this, which made the moment even more emotional.
CM welcomes in the tradition of Ayodhya: The Chief Minister welcomed the Union Finance Minister in the traditional Ayodhya style by presenting a bouquet of flowers. He said that the Jupiter Kund is not only a historical site, but a symbol of cultural harmony. Where there is a confluence of the devotion of North India and the devotion of South India.
New dimension to the cultural relationship of Karnataka and Ayodhya: Addressing the function, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that Ayodhya is not only a centre of faith but also a symbol of India’s cultural soul. Tyagaraja Swamigal, Purandar Das and the Arunachal poet established the Indian classical music and devotional tradition on the world stage. His poetry and compositions woven the society into a thread of love, devotion and unity. The cultural ties of Ayodhya and Karnataka are centuries old. Ayodhya is becoming the axis of cultural renaissance: At the same time, on this occasion, CM Yogi Adityanath said that Ayodhya, the city of Shri Ram, is now becoming the center of not only spiritual but also cultural renaissance. Nirmala Sitharaman’s visit is a powerful symbol of India’s cultural unity and harmony. He said that if Lord Ram had received his most reliable Sakha in South India, it was Shri Hanuman ji. There is also a fort of Sugriv ji in Ayodhya Dham, the statue of Mata Shabri is also being installed and Nishadraj is also being respected. With the inspiration of the Prime Minister, the program of installing the statue of Jagadguru Ramanujacharya ji in ‘Ayodhya Dham’ was completed. The chowk has been established in the name of Lata Mangeshkar ji, who sang the most devotional songs of Lord Ram. We were fortunate to unveil the statues of the three revered saints of South India at such a holy place, to install their idols, which is the holy pool believed to be named after the guru of the gods, Jupiter.
Earlier, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Finance Minister Suresh Khanna and Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh sat on the beautiful stone benches installed in the Jupiter Kund complex, taking a break for a while. Admiring the quiet lake, sweet atmosphere and well-organized premises, the three public representatives felt the beauty and cultural dignity of Ayodhya at that moment. The Chief Minister appreciated the artistic design of the benches and the beautification of the premises, saying that the Jupiter Kund has now become an ideal confluence of reverence and beauty.
