Dehradun: The girl has accused the youth of raping her after befriending her on social media. The victim alleges that the youth took her to Delhi and married her and after coming back to Dehradun, when the youth left the house, the father also raped her. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against the father and son in Kotwali Patel Nagar. The police has started investigating the matter.
The victim, while filing a complaint, said that in the year 2020, when she was 17 years old, a youth sent her a friend request on Facebook, which the victim did not accept. After that the youth started chatting through messenger and the youth introduced himself as a resident of Kudkawala Dehradun and the victim accepted the friend request on Facebook. After accepting the friend request of the youth, a conversation started between the two and the youth started calling her out to meet.
On the basis of the girl’s complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused father-son and started investigating the matter. Also, the victim’s statement will be taken soon.

On 21 December 2020, the youth took the victim to his friend’s room in Kudkawala on the pretext of giving her coffee, where he raped her. During this time, the youth also made obscene photos and videos of the victim. After that, the youth kept raping the victim by blackmailing her and during this time the youth took her to an acquaintance’s house in Delhi and got married there. It is alleged that after coming to Dehradun, when the youth went out, the youth’s father also raped her after getting the opportunity. The victim told that on April 10, she somehow escaped from the clutches of the accused and went to her uncle-aunt’s house, where she is undergoing treatment due to ill health.
