Patna: 4 days before the first phase of Bihar assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a road show in Patna. PM asked for votes for NDA candidates and appealed to the people to form NDA government again in Bihar. A large crowd of supporters gathered in the PM’s road show.
Candidates got a chance one by one: This is the third time when the Prime Minister held a road show in the capital Patna. This time the road show started from Dinkar intersection of the capital Patna. Before this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to national poet Ramdhari Singh Dinkar. JDU leader and Union Minister Lalan Singh accompanied Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the chariot. Apart from this, NDA candidates rode the chariot one by one. Campaign for BJP candidate: PM Modi conducted road shows for 6 candidates. During the road show, two candidates rode the vehicle with the PM at a time. Patna Sahib candidate Ratnesh Kushwaha and Kumhrar candidate Sanjay Gupta were at Dinkar intersection. Prime Minister Narendra Modi campaigned in favor of both the candidates. Appealed to the people to ensure victory. Thousands of people gathered: After this, BJP candidate from Danapur Ramkripal Yadav and JDU candidate from Phulwari Shyam Rajak rode in the chariot of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In the third phase, Road Construction Minister Nitin Naveen and Digha MLA Sanjeev Chaurasia rode in the Prime Minister’s chariot. BJP State President Dilip Jaiswal said that this is a historic road show of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Thousands of people gathered on the streets to participate in the road show. Voting on 6th November: Voting will be held on 6th November in the first phase on all 14 assembly seats of Patna. Voting in the remaining assemblies of the state will be held in the second phase on November 11. After this, the results of all 243 seats will come on 14th November. In the Assembly elections 2020, NDA was successful in 5 urban seats out of 14. The Grand Alliance candidate had won in 9 seats. Third Road Show in Patna: This is PM Modi’s third road show in Patna, but for the assembly elections, the PM did a road show for the first time. Earlier, in the Lok Sabha elections 2024, PM had done a road show in Patna. After this, after the success of Operation Sindoor, PM had done nine road shows. This time’s road show is important for Bihar assembly elections. Now it remains to be seen whether the PM is able to form the NDA government again through this road show or whether the wind of change blows. Candidates on 14 seats: There are candidates from JDU, BJP and LJPR on all the 14 assembly seats of Patna. BJP’s candidates are Siyaram Singh from Barh, Sanjeev Chaurasia from Digha, Nitin Naveen from Bankipur, Sanjay Kumar from Kumhrar, Ratnesh Kushwaha from Patna City, Ramkripal Yadav from Danapur, Siddharth Saurav from Bikram, while JDU’s candidates are Anant Singh from Mokama, Shyam Rajak from Phulwari, Arun Manjhi from Masodhi. LJP’s Ram Vilas candidates are Arun Kumar from Bakhtiyarpur, Rupa Kumari from Fatuha, Jitendra Yadav from Maner, Sunil Kumar from Paliganj.
