BKTC member and senior pilgrim priest Srinivas Posti (84) passed away. The temple committee and the residents of the area have expressed deep grief over his demise. Senior pilgrim priest Srinivas Posti, a resident of Lambgondi village of Guptkashi, was a member of the Badrinath Kedarnath Temple Committee for four consecutive terms and was always active in various religious organizations including Kedar Sabha.
On his demise, the BKTC President said that Srinivas Posti’s gentle nature and commitment to the service of Lord Kedarnath and Lord Badri Vishal will always be remembered. His demise is an irreparable loss for the pilgrim community and the temple committee. During this, all the officials and employees of the temple committee also paid tribute on this sad occasion
