RIMC Cadet Secures All India First Position in NDA/NA (I) 2025, Landmark Achievement of Country’s Leading Military Institute
Dehradun: Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC), Dehradun has once again made the nation proud with its exemplary performance. Cadet Emon Ghosh from West Bengal has proved the academic and military excellence of RIMC by securing All India First Position (AIR 1) in the NDA/NA (I) 2025 examination.
This prestigious examination is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Cadet Emon Ghosh’s achievement is not only a result of his personal hard work but is a testimony to the disciplined training, rigorous academic system and constant guidance that RIMC provides to its students.
This year, 28 cadets from RIMC secured a place in the final selection list of UPSC – the highest from any single institute, and a national record in itself.

The inspirational leadership of Colonel Rahul Agarwal, Commandant, RIMC, and the strong guidance of ARTRAC (Army Training Command) have played a vital role in this unique success. Special emphasis was laid on character building of the cadets, development of military leadership abilities and academic excellence.
Career mentorship and specific guidance for SSB preparation under the leadership of Shri PK Jain and Colonel Hari Bisht enabled the cadets to sail through the entire selection process. Subject expert teachers also provided strategic support along with academic preparation.
