Sainik Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi today reviewed various development works being carried out by Upanal in the state at the camp office. During this, he directed the officials to effectively take forward the works being done through Upanal across the state by establishing coordination with the district administration and revenue department. Minister Joshi said that the state government is committed to the welfare of ex-servicemen and the role of Upanal is important in this direction. He expressed the expectation that the development works being done through Upanal should be completed in a timely and quality manner, so that the benefits of the schemes can reach as many beneficiaries as possible.
DGM Mandi NP Singh, DGM Upanal Colonel Rajesh Negi, Tehsildar Surendra Singh and other officials were present in the meeting.
