On Tuesday, a refresher training on cold chain and vaccine management was conducted for cold chain handlers working at all cold chain points in the district under the immunization program in the Chief Medical Officer’s office, Dehradun, in the auditorium of the Chief Medical Officer’s office. During the training, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma said that vaccine management in all cold chains in the district should be done as per the guidelines of the Government of India. Details of vaccines received and spent should be regularly recorded in the stock and on the U-WIN portal.
The training was provided by Dr. Dinesh Chauhan, ACMO/DIO, Mr. Siddharth Choudhary, PO, IT, Yogesh, PO Garhwal Mandal from the State Office of UNDP and Shaygyadev Thapliyal, ADIO, Dr. Ranjana Martolia, VCCM, Devendra Singh, DFS, Vivek Dhiman, DEO from the District Immunization Team
