New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the India AI Impact Expo 2026 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi on Monday. The five-day expo, which begins today, will feature pavilions from 13 countries showcasing international collaboration in the AI ecosystem. The expo will be held at the same venue as the summit.
Sprawling over 70,000 square meters, the event will bring together global technology firms, startups, academia and research institutions, union ministries, state governments, and international partners. Pavilions from 13 countries will also showcase international collaboration in the AI ecosystem.
These include pavilions from Australia, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Serbia, Estonia, Tajikistan, and African countries. The expo will feature over 300 curated exhibition pavilions and live demonstrations, organized across three thematic cycles: People, Planet, and Progress.
The exhibition will also feature over 600 high-potential startups, many of which are building large-scale, population-level solutions for people and work globally. These startups will showcase working solutions that are already being used in the real world. India AI Impact Expo 2026 is expected to attract over 250,000 visitors, including international delegates.
The event aims to foster new partnerships and create business opportunities in the global AI ecosystem. Over 500 sessions will be organized, featuring over 3,250 visionary speakers and panelists.
These sessions will focus on recognizing the transformative impact of AI across various sectors and discussing future steps to ensure that AI benefits every citizen of the world. “This expo will be a national demonstration of AI in action, where policy meets practice, innovation meets scale and technology meets the common citizen,” the PMO statement said.
