PM Modi speaks at Dera Ballan in Jalandhar: Textile sector will get new and bigger markets, Adampur airport renamed

Chandigarh: Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid his respects at the headquarters of Dera Sachkhand Ballan in Jalandhar, along with Dera Sachkhand chief Sant Niranjan Das, on the occasion of the 649th birth anniversary of Sant Bhagat Ravidas Ji. He also announced that Adampur airport would be renamed as Shri Guru Ravidas Airport. On this occasion, he said, “I bow to the sacred soil of Punjab. Some time ago, the Adampur Airport was named after Guru Ravidas Ji. Now, Adampur Airport will be known as Guru Ravidas Ji Maharaj Airport.
