Bhopal: Rahul Gandhi, who attended the Kisan Mahachaupal held in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, lashed out at the central government and PM Modi. He referred to everything from Parliament to Chinese infiltration and Naravane’s book. At the Kisan Mahachaupal, Rahul Gandhi also said that every year the President addresses the Lok Sabha, followed by the Leader of the Opposition, but for the first time in Indian history, the Leader of the Opposition was not allowed to speak in the Lok Sabha. Rahul Gandhi said, “When I started speaking in Parliament, I was stopped. When I started speaking again, the BJP stopped me again.”
Rahul spoke on Chinese tanks and Naravane’s book
Referring to General Naravane’s book, Rahul Gandhi said, “Naravane ji has written a book. In it, he clearly wrote that Chinese tanks were entering Indian territory. He called Rajnath Singh and asked him, but Rajnath Singh did not respond.” After this, Ajit Doval was called, “Chinese tanks are entering India. What should I do? Tell me the order, tell me the order?” But no answer was given. The Prime Minister left him alone.
Referring to the book, Rahul said, “After this, the Indian Army called Jaishankar ji and told him that the Chinese army and Chinese tanks are entering. What should I do? Even then, no answer was received. Two hours later, Naravane ji called the Defense Minister again and asked, “Give me the order. It’s been two hours, you should ask the Prime Minister what my order is.” He was asking this question because the Prime Minister has to make the decision to fire on the Chinese army. After that, Rajnath Singh called the Prime Minister, but the Prime Minister did not talk to the Army. Rahul said, “Naravane wrote in his Army book that the Prime Minister and the Defense Minister left me alone that day.”
In Parliament, this is what I was trying to say: Rahul
Rahul Gandhi said, “When the time came to give orders on China, our Prime Minister disappeared.” In Parliament, this is what I was trying to say, but I was not allowed to speak. As soon as I spoke in Parliament, Narendra Modi looked at Amit Shah, and Amit Shah and all the BJP leaders stood up, preventing me from speaking. Addressing the Mahachaupal in Bhopal, Rahul Gandhi further said, “I said that this article was also published in the magazine. The next day, when I brought the book to Parliament, they said that I cannot even quote the book.”
