A new special training center and sports ground will be constructed for PRD (Provincial Reserve Force) personnel. The Chief Minister made this announcement on the founding day of the Provincial Reserve Force. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and departmental minister Rekha Arya took the salute at the ceremonial parade at the PRD Directorate grounds.
Chief Guest Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that PRD personnel will now continue to receive their honorarium uninterrupted for up to six months if they are hospitalized due to illness.
Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya said that the BJP government has consistently taken steps in the interest of PRD personnel. She said that whether it is the matter of increasing the honorarium of PRD personnel, providing financial assistance upon retirement or in case of death during duty, granting maternity leave to female PRD volunteers, or providing 12 paid leaves annually, the credit for all these steps goes to the current government.
Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya said that whether it is a disaster situation in the state, a law and order issue, or a major event, PRD personnel have always displayed exemplary dedication and hard work.
